Is the atomizer surface dirty?→Use a cotton swab to remove dirt from the spray port (atomizer).
If used for a long time, mineral components (calcium, etc.) contained in tap water may adhere to the fine holes of the spray port (atomizer) and cause a decrease in the amount of humidification. Clean it about once a week as a guide.Dissolve a small amount of commercially available citric acid in the same amount of hot water, and use a cotton swab to add a few drops to the spray port (atomizer). After a while, remove the remaining liquid with a dry cotton swab.
If it does not recover, repeat the same procedure.
Do not rub the spray port (atomizer) with a hard object such as metal or plastic, or press a cotton swab strongly, as it may reduce the amount of humidification, cause malfunction or damage.
If the amount of spray drops, in addition to the above, It may be improved by adding a few drops of citric acid solution from the tip of the water absorption wick holder, leave it for a long time, discard the excess solution, and set the water absorption wick again.
Are you using mineral water or liquids other than those specified by us?→Mineral water and liquids other than those specified by us cannot be used. Deposits may adhere to the spray port (atomizer) and cannot be removed.
Is the main body stored in the carrying case or the main body turned upside down with the liquid agent in it?→The liquid may get inside the main body and cause malfunction. When storing the main body in the carrying case, empty the liquid remaining in the tank first.
Is the water supply core deteriorated?→If the amount of humidification decreases even after cleaning the spray port (atomizer), replace the water supply core. (It is recommended to replace it about once a month. Also, if the water supply core is completely dry, such as when it is not used for a long time after use, the water supply performance may have deteriorated.)
