Is the atomizer surface dirty?
→Use a cotton swab to remove dirt from the spray port (atomizer).
If used for a long time, mineral components (calcium, etc.) contained in tap water may adhere to the fine holes of the spray port (atomizer) and cause a decrease in the amount of humidification. Clean it about once a week as a guide.
Dissolve a small amount of commercially available citric acid in the same amount of hot water, and use a cotton swab to add a few drops to the spray port (atomizer). After a while, remove the remaining liquid with a dry cotton swab.If it does not recover, repeat the same procedure.
Do not rub the spray port (atomizer) with a hard object such as metal or plastic, or press a cotton swab strongly, as it may reduce the amount of humidification, cause malfunction or damage.
If the amount of spray drops, in addition to the above, It may be improved by adding a few drops of citric acid solution from the tip of the water absorption wick holder, leave it for a long time, discard the excess solution, and set the water absorption wick again.
