Check to find out items that are needed to use the cado sync application.
- Internet line
The customer must be able to gain continuous internet connection, by having a subscription with a service provider for broadband service. High-speed internet connection, such as via optical lines, is recommended. The customer is responsible for relevant internet communication expenses. - Wireless LAN access point
Details of supported networks are described below:
• Communication system: IEEE802.11b/g/n.
• Security: WPA Personal and WPA2 Personal.
Setting WPA2 (AES) encryption method is recommended, to improve security.
Refer to the instruction manual of the wireless LAN access point for details. - Terminal device, such as a smart phone
Verify in advance that the smart phone can access the internet line via a wireless LAN access point.
If the wireless LAN access point is properly connected, the following Wi-Fi indicator will be displayed.
Note:
You can not register cado Wi-Fi compatible device to cado sync app when wireless LAN is not connected.
