The operation stops, all Control Panel indicators flash and the alarm sounds continuously when the level of water in the tank component exceeds the abnormal water level.
Turn off the power, unplug the power cord, remove the top panel and duct holder, then reduce the amount of water in the tank component.
Use the unit by performing the correct procedures again after verifying following items:
① Did any water accidentally get into the fan blowout port during cleaning?
→ Pull out the power cord immediately and discard water inside the water tank. Use the unit by performing the correct procedures again after thorough drying.
② Does it use purified or distilled water?
→ These types of water cannot be used as the water level detection cannot be performed normally.
③ Is the tank installed or removed while the unit is operating?
→ The water level inside the water tank component varies and on rare occasions water may enter into the fan blowout port. Insert the tank slowly when installing and do not unduly remove it.
④ Are tank and cartridge loose?
→ Loose tanks and cartridges can cause water leaks. Mount the cartridge correctly on the tank according to the procedures described in the instruction manual, then pour water in one-third of the level to verify that there is no leak.
⑤ Is there any crack or the like on the base unit water tank component or tank and filter?
→ If the base unit is damaged, inquire with your retailer or the cado Support Center.
