① Is the water level inside the water tank component too high?
→ Discard all water inside the water tank component, then refresh the tank with water and try again.
② Are you using the unit in the Auto mode?
→ The unit automatically controls the humidification amount when the level of ambient humidity is high.
③ Is the temperature in the installed location of the unit too high (or too low)?
→ The atomization amount may fluctuate depending on the water temperature, but this is not a malfunction.
④ Is the unit being used immediately after the filter cartridge has been replaced?
It is not unusual for the atomization capacity to decrease immediately after replacing the filter cartridge. The capacity returns to the normal level after some time.
⑤ Is the atomization unit contaminated?
→ Gently clean with a cotton swab according to the procedures described under “Maintenance” in the instruction manual.
